Need help with Semnio?

Can't log in? Double-check your email and password, then use Forgot password? on the login page. The reset email can take a few minutes and may land in spam.

Reset email never arrives? Check your spam and junk folders first. If nothing shows up after about 10 minutes, email us with the address on your account.

Want to delete your account? You can remove your account and all of its data at any time in Settings, under Danger zone. If it doesn't complete, email us.

Your progress saves to the browser and device you practice on. It can look missing if you switch browsers or devices, or clear your browser data.

Use the same browser and device, and check Settings, under Data Backup, for a saved file you can restore.

If your progress is truly gone and you have no backup, email us and tell us roughly when it happened.

Think an answer or explanation is wrong? Email us the question text (or its ID if it's shown) along with the answer you believe is correct.

Every report is reviewed and corrected when needed, and it genuinely helps make Semnio better.
